PELAYANAN TERTIB ADMINISTRASI PERTANAHAN BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KABUPATEN WAJO

Abstract

Administrasi Pertanahan merupakan bagian dari Administrasi Negara yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di bidang pertanahan. Penyelenggaraan administrasi ini merupakan tugas Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Administrasi pertanahan yakni menuju kepada penerimaan kegiatan sektor publik untuk mendukung kepemilikan pembangunan, penggunaan, hak atas tanah, dan pemindahan hak atas tanah.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari pembahasan tentang pelayanan tertib administrasi pertanahan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Wajo dapat ditarik kesimpulan sehubungan dengan enam fokus penelitian sebagai berikut:

1. Prosedur dalam mengurus administrasi pertanahan tidak terlalu rumit sehingga masyarakat yang ingin mengurus mudah mengetahui alur pelayanannya dan kejelasan informasi sudah cukup jelas.
2. Waktu penyelesaian di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Wajo segala pengurusan administrasi pertanahan dapat dilakukan tepat waktu.
3. Biaya pelayanan administrasi pertanahan ditentukan berdasarkan pada tingkatan pengurusan jenis pertanahan.
4. Produk pelayanan merupakan deskripsi fokus yang paling efektif dengan hasil pelayanan yang akan diterima oleh masyarakat sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.
5. Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Wajo sudah efektif dan dapat menunjang dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
6. Kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan yang dimiliki pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Wajo sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

Land Administration is part of the State Administration which aims to provide services to the community in the land sector. Land administration, namely towards the acceptance of public sector activities to support development ownership, use, land rights, and transfer of land rights.Based on the results of the analysis of the discussion of orderly administration of land services at the Wajo District Land Office, conclusions can be drawn with respect to the following six research focuses:

1. The procedure for administering land administration is not too complicated so that people who want to manage easily find out the flow of services and the clarity of information is quite clear.
2. The settlement time at the Wajo Regency Land Office all arrangements for land administration can be done on time.
3. The cost of land administration services is determined based on the level of maintenance of the type of land.
4. Service product is a description of the most effective focus with the results of services to be received by the community in accordance with established standards.
5. Facilities and infrastructure owned by the Wajo District Land Office have been effective and can support in providing services to the community.
6. The competence of service providers in Wajo Regency Land Office employees is good enough.
